In Short

• Lead a team of engineers designing and writing automation tests in Python.
• Lead the creation of Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Case Design.
• Oversee quality assurance activities and report analysis.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and feature delivery.
• Transition from manual testing to automated testing environment.
• Collaborate with development scrum teams.

Requirements

• Expert test automation skills in Python, C/C++, or Java.
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Understanding of functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Proactive, independent, and flexible.
• Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew/English.
