• Partner with Enterprise Sales team to drive pipeline through targeted marketing programs.
• Create account-specific marketing plans and execute field initiatives.
• Plan and execute first-party events like executive dinners and workshops.
• Manage participation in third-party events such as tradeshows.
• Launch digital tactics including personalized learning sites and email sequences.
• Track ROI for marketing initiatives and report on pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales for consistent messaging.
• Support logistics for a first-party developer conference.
• Build scalable processes for future Field Marketing hires.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation roles.
• Proven success supporting enterprise sales teams through account-specific programs.
• Hands-on experience with in-person events and digital campaigns.
• Strong project management skills managing budgets and vendors.
• Creative problem-solver for engaging VIP experiences.
• Data-driven, with experience tracking campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience planning large-scale conferences is a plus.
• Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with travel capability.
