Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Derbyshire based Looked after Children Team.

In Short

• Promote and model effective working arrangements with Mental Health services.
• Support Care Experienced young people.
• Develop a good understanding of evidence-based practice.
• Participate in clinical supervision and clinical risk assessing.
• Liaise with mental health services across different boroughs.
• Develop and regularly review a multi-agency Pathway Plan.
• Work proactively with young people to achieve their targets.

• Excellent salary of up to £35 per hour.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
