Social Worker – Looked After Children Team - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team based in Flintshire within the Looked After Children team.

In Short

• Work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes.
• Discharge care orders and attend strategy meetings.
• Conduct Looked After Children Reviews.
• Complete care plans and Child Permanence Reports (CPR).
• Engage in multi-agency working with partner agencies.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
