In Short

• You will manage a complex caseload with supervision.
• Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and legislation.
• Prepare reports and represent clients at Court hearings.
• Make complex decisions and manage risk using professional judgment.
• Conduct direct work with service users, carers, and families.
• Assess and navigate care for individuals with eligible social care needs.
• Plan and deliver services to meet assessed needs within financial constraints.
• Participate in safeguarding enquiries and assessments.
• Effective communication in high-risk situations.
• Collaborate with health agencies.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
