An exciting job role has recently become available in Brent. They are looking for a new member for their Complex Care Team.

In Short

• Conduct Care Act Assessments
• Handle safeguarding enquiries
• Manage cases related to the Court of Protection
• Evaluate individuals’ needs
• Ensure safety of vulnerable individuals
• Make legal decisions to protect best interests
• Support and safeguard vulnerable individuals within the community
• Working from home 3x a week
• Both Social Work and Senior Social Work positions available

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
