Social Worker - Adult Community - Remote

Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join an Adult Community Team based in Wirral.

In Short

• Conduct assessments, support plans, risk assessments, reviews, and court reports using IT systems.
• Work with vulnerable adults with complex needs, as well as their families and carers.
• Research and apply new guidance and procedures to inform decision-making and best practices.
• Use the Assessment Framework and other relevant tools to support assessments.
• Apply a strengths-based approach to assessments and an outcome-focused approach to support planning.
• Demonstrate expertise in statutory work, including assessment, planning, safeguarding, and court proceedings.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Qualification in Social Work at degree level.
• Post-qualified experience.
