Overview

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Kensington Chelsea based Child Protection Team.

• Provide assessment, care management, and social work services to children and families.
• Promote effective working arrangements with Mental Health services.
• Develop and review multi-agency Pathway Plans.
• Participate in clinical supervision and risk assessing.
• Manage a manageable caseload.
• Work with Care Experienced young people.
• Integrate evidence-based practice into service delivery.

Requirements

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
