Engineering Manager (f/m/d) - Remote

Overview

As an Engineering Manager (f/m/d) at LIQID, you will lead and scale engineering teams that are democratizing access to wealth management solutions previously reserved for the UHNW individuals. You will own the technical vision and execution for critical parts of our digital platform that manages over €3 billion in assets, from our client-facing applications to our sophisticated wealth management platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in TypeScript/JavaScript or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of modern frontend and backend architectures.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for building the future of wealth management.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and scaling systems.
