Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program management or business operations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise and influence.
• Highly structured and analytical thinker.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience designing and running org-wide planning processes.
• Comfortable with autonomy and confident in decision-making.
• Deep curiosity, EQ, and a collaborative mindset.
