In Short

  • Strategic and driven sales professional role.
  • Engage, advance, and close new business deals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
  • Experience with Recruiting/HR software preferred.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously.
  • New business hunting and solution-selling skills.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities using data.
