Overview

As a B2B Business Partner Marketing & Sales, you will drive cross-functional alignment between the marketing and sales teams on key strategic projects, ensuring cohesive planning, communication, execution, and measurement of initiatives that support business goals.

In Short

• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing & sales projects.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Facilitate alignment sessions between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing, Sales, and stakeholders.
• Support change management associated with new processes or tools.
• Communicate updates on progress and challenges.
• Anticipate resistance and work to ensure buy-in from key users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Utilize analytical skills to connect activities to business outcomes.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in German and English.
• Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Strong background in project management (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).
• Hands-on mentality with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset.
