In Short

• Identify and solve essential consumer-facing rider problems.
• Architect and build scalable product platforms.
• Lead collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, and Operations teams.
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team.
• Advise leadership on technology adoption and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Customer obsessed and data driven.
• Strong collaborator with a passion for Lime's mission.
• Outcomes oriented with a track record of impact.
• 1+ years of experience coding in Ruby on Rails preferred.
