Client Platform Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design, build, and automate enterprise software for deployment and package management within our MDM.
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot our management infrastructure, including MDM and Asset Management Tools.
• Collaborate with the security team to implement new technologies and enforce security policies.
• Build and maintain processes for testing, verification, and deployment of applications, operating systems, security measures, and patches.
• Optimize deployment and enhance security for our mobile endpoints.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint strategies support business objectives and user requirements.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving client platform issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously observe endpoint health and performance, establishing real-time alerts and automated remediation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with an enterprise MDM such as Workspace ONE, Jamf, or InTune.
• 3+ years experience managing device enrollment program (DEP), volume purchasing program (VPP).
• 3+ years experience writing scripts (Bash, Python, AppleScript, Powershell, etc).
• Familiarity with using APIs for automation.
• Understanding of endpoint security principles, including patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust or Beyond Corp.
• Operate in an agile sprint cycle environment.
• Customer-first mindset focused on seamless and efficient endpoint experiences.
