Overview

As a Sales Development Manager at Limble, you will drive sales and increase revenue while developing high-quality future employees.

In Short

• Provide coaching and ongoing training to outbound Sales Development Representatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Hold your team accountable to obtain their monthly targets & KPIs.
• Create and lead group trainings with new hires and current sales reps.
• Interview, hire, and retain top sales talent.
• Work strategically across Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing outbound Sales Development Representatives.
• Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent.
• Experience generating talk tracks and guiding sales teams.
• Track record of success managing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and Nooks a plus.
