Regional Loan Officer - Northeast, USA - Remote

Overview

The Regional Loan Officer will be responsible for selling the Lima One product suite by developing relationships with real estate investors and business partners, negotiating and closing loans, and educating the market on the company's offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current NMLS license or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of loan origination experience.
• 2+ years in the Private Lending industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to source and develop new business.
• Passionate about customer experience.
