Regional Loan Officer - Dallas/Fort Worth - Remote

Overview

In this key Outside Sales position, you will be responsible for selling the Lima One product suite by growing business partner relationships, tapping into your network, and ultimately sourcing and developing relationships with successful real estate investors.

In Short

• Source and fund over $3 million in closed loans per month.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships in the real estate investment market.
• Educate partners on the Lima One product set.
• Speak at industry events to promote the Lima One brand.
• Provide unmatched customer service.
• Function as the Responsible Individual for Nevada state licensing.
• Carry a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current NMLS license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2 years of loan origination experience.
• 2+ years in the Private Lending industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to creatively source and develop new business.
• Passionate about providing the best customer experience.
