Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts, providing back-office support to enable 24/5 production delivery.

In Short

• Contract position based out of Argentina or India.
• Works with a global team of production managers and coordinators.
• Executes project management tasks as required by the Production Team.
• Utilizes technical tools and systems including Jira and LILT Translation Editor.
• Provides status updates and handovers to Project Managers.
• Maintains performance against KPIs.
• Communicates with linguists to confirm project status.
• Tracks assignment status and manages project deadlines.
• Ensures accurate data entry and administration.
• Escalates production risks/blockers to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred).
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• Experience in translation, project coordination/management, or localization.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
