Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts, providing back-office support to enable 24/5 production delivery.

In Short

• Contract position based out of Argentina, Romania, or India.
• Works with a global team of project managers and coordinators.
• Executes project management tasks as required by the Production Team.
• Utilizes tools like Jira and LILT Translation Editor.
• Maintains performance against KPIs.
• Communicates with linguists and internal team members.
• Tracks assignment status and manages project deadlines.
• Ensures accurate data entry and administration.
• Delivers projects by deadlines.
• Escalates production risks/blockers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in clinical trials localization preferred.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• Experience in translation or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
