In Short

• Position for an experienced post-sales engineer with localization background.
• Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing teams.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure customer success.
• Debug and resolve issues related to LILT’s Connector stack.
• Assist with customer pre- and post-processing challenges.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement workflows.
• Continuously improve localization engineering processes.
• Document customer configurations and playbooks.
• Facilitate feedback between customers and engineering.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs for customer engineering tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a localization-engineering role.
• Understanding of XLIFF, TMX, TBX, and SRX formats.
• Familiarity with localization terms and best practices.
• Knowledge of common file formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
• Exposure to translation tools and proficiency in RegEx.
• Understanding of encoding standards and character sets.
• Familiarity with Okapi Framework.
• Coding skills in Python and Java.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
