Overview

The Project Coordinator ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of accounts, providing back-office support to enable 24/5 production delivery.

• Contract position based out of Romania.
• Works under the supervision of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Utilizes tools like Jira and LILT Translation Editor.
• Maintains performance against KPIs.
• Coordinates with production managers and linguists.
• Handles data entry and administration related to linguist performance.
• Ensures timely delivery of projects.
• Communicates project status and risks effectively.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred).
• Proficient in English at a professional level.

Requirements

• Experience in translation, project coordination, or localization activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to manage project deadlines according to customer SLAs.
• Experience in data entry and administration.
• Understanding of production workflows and processes.
• Ability to escalate production risks/blockers appropriately.
• Experience in assigning linguists to projects.
