Localization Project Manager, Production - Life Science (Contractor) - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager, Production ensures successful production execution across a portfolio of Life Science accounts, delivering projects on-time, on budget, and to accepted quality standards.

In Short

• Contract position based out of India, Romania, or Argentina.
• Responsible for project management tasks autonomously.
• Maintain resources and core teams for project management work.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigate potential issues.
• Manage end-to-end project deliverables in accordance with SLAs.
• Ensure quality at project level including Review, Verification, QA.
• Respond quickly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Train supporting resources on key production processes.
• Manage linguist communication for all projects.
• Perform ongoing risk assessment and mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in clinical trials localization.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
