Senior SaaS Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to join our global SaaS Systems Administration team in Auckland. You will have the opportunity to drive adoption of the latest and greatest IT and SaaS technologies while supporting the organisation's growth.

In Short

• Provide technical support for complex issues that require a SaaS Systems Administrator.
• Maintain and improve Lightspeed’s core IT and SAAS services.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to define strategic needs and lead project execution.
• Automate processes using a low-code/no-code platform.
• Integrate and automate SaaS via API.
• Handle sensitive information with sound judgement.
• Develop audit-proof systems and records.
• Juggle multiple projects and demands effortlessly.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new enterprise technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Desk technology and ITIL/ITSM.
• 5+ years of experience in a system administration role.
• Experience with Google Workspace and other applicable software services.
• Experience supporting large environments of Macbooks and Windows users.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise environments.
• Programming experience with low-code/no-code environments.
• Proven experience in planning and implementing various technology components.
