Lightspeed is seeking for a technology-driven Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in deploying our innovative solutions while managing queues and optimizing customer journeys.

• Implement and configure software solutions using automation tools.
• Manage queues within ChurnZero to streamline processes.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for POS systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Possess a deep understanding of POS technology.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the POS system.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of POS implementations.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project execution.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
