Multilingual Content Specialist, Hospitality - Remote

Overview

Lightspeed is looking for a proactive, multilingual content writer with native-level fluency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, French or German.

As a key member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house content team, you’ll deliver content for a range of projects on multiple channels. You’ll be the go-to expert on Lightspeed’s suite of software solutions for restaurants, supporting the hospitality marketing team with campaign ideation and execution, editorial planning and additional initiatives that expand our reach into new and existing markets. Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed as the leading platform for restaurants.

In Short

• Deliver polished, creative, and impactful copy that supports go-to-market strategies.
• Craft, edit, and localize content for integrated campaigns and events.
• Create storytelling-driven content for social media to boost engagement.
• Manage website content with a focus on SEO and user experience.
• Localize content from English into Dutch, French, and/or German.
• Work closely with other Content Writers to maintain a unified brand voice.
• Develop knowledge of key products and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on hospitality industry news and trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing, copywriting, or journalism.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native-level fluency in at least two languages: Dutch, French, or German.
• Flexible attitude and ability to switch between markets and creative ideation.
• Experience writing for social media.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and Hootsuite.
• Excellent people skills for collaboration with different stakeholders.
