Overview

We are looking for an Account Management Coordinator to support our Account Management team by coordinating internal processes, managing daily administrative tasks, and assisting with customer interactions to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.

• Maximise customer retention by delivering excellent service and sharing product knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
• Background in technology administration or management.
