Overview

The Account Management Sales Coordinator is a critical support role within the Account Management team, assisting in driving operational excellence and enabling the team to deliver exceptional service to customers.

In Short

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for client-facing and internal sessions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation of meeting notes and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate sending appreciation gifts to clients.
  • Support customer data entry and updates in Salesforce.
  • Conduct backend research to verify operator details.
  • Support Account Management and Sales Leadership with additional tasks.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to align on shared goals.
  • Support quarterly reviews of customer contacts.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
