Human Resource Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with Clinical Operations leadership to attract, motivate, develop, and retain ABA therapists and center-level managers. This position is responsible for implementing and administering a variety of human resource and employee relations programs, policies, and initiatives.

• This position is remote with travel required 25-50% within Indy Region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a HRBP or equivalent role.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR programs and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.
