Overview

Liferay is seeking to expand its Support team, offering a hybrid work model with two days in the office (Madrid) and opportunities for continuous learning in established and emerging technologies.

In Short

  • Manage incidents reported by clients regarding our products.
  • Configure Cloud or local environments to reproduce incidents.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Provide feedback to other teams on how clients use our products.
  • Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of documentation.

Requirements

  • Technical training, university degree or higher vocational training, preferably in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in web application development.
  • Quick adaptation to changing contexts and proven attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Customer-oriented.
