The Pharmacy Telehealth Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the performance of pharmacy services delivered through our telehealth platform, ensuring efficiency, compliance, scalability, and service excellence across all remote pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of operations management experience in healthcare or telehealth.
• Proven track record in optimizing service delivery in regulated environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with analytics tools and healthcare software platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in telehealth is a plus.
