Requirements

• 2+ years of team management experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading remote health coaches.
• Minimum 1 year as a practicing health coach.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Organized and adaptable to change.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to feedback.
