Consultant PGM - Remote

Overview

The Consultant PGM will support clients in implementing their transformation projects, focusing on HR and administrative management related to mobility.

In Short

• Drafting, controlling, and sending correspondence related to procedures.
• Updating and managing data related to mobility.
• Monitoring external mobility events impacting payroll and administration.
• Responding to employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with measures related to PSE aid.
• Alerting project management and HR for events requiring special handling.
• Working closely with project leaders and HR teams.
• Maintaining rigorous organizational standards.
• Utilizing Excel and other office tools effectively.
• Contributing to the overall success of the mobility management team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR management or workforce management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of social law.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with PSE implementation is a plus.
