JIRA Administrator - Remote

Overview

The JIRA Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) IT capabilities by managing and optimizing JIRA environments.

• Serve as a JIRA Administrator for NASA's IT support.
• Document business processes and requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of experience supporting JIRA environments.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian architecture design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML).
• Ability to write and execute test procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
