Overview

As a Jira Administrator at Braze, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Atlassian suite, enhancing process implementation, and driving efficiencies across various teams within the organization.

In Short

• Support and maintain Braze's Atlassian suite.
• Streamline Service Desks and assist in transitioning to Jira Cloud.
• Collaborate with teams to design and improve workflows.
• Provide updates on new Jira features to business users.
• Implement automation and best practices for Jira usage.
• Configuration and administration of Jira and related products.
• Research new approaches for Jira and Atlassian products.
• Resolve issues and manage on-premise Atlassian products.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Jira Administration.
• Strong knowledge of JQL and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Jira Administration experience.
• Proven track record in IT service development.
• Strong knowledge of Jira project setups and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Bonus: Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-610, ACP-620).
• Experience with API integrations and automation plugins.
• Knowledge of ScriptRunner and Jira Automation.
• Experience with Jira’s REST APIs.
• Ability to extend Atlassian products via code development.
