Overview

As a Jira Administrator at Braze, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite, directly affecting process implementation and driving efficiencies across the organization.

In Short

• Streamline Braze’s Service Desks.
• Maintain and develop multiple Service Desks.
• Partner with teams on process development and automation.
• Configuration and administration of Jira and Atlassian products.
• Up-level Jira usage at Braze.
• Provide updates on new features and functionalities.
• Research and implement new approaches on Jira.
• Minimum 3 years in Jira Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating services via APIs.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Jira Administration.
• Proven track record in IT service implementation.
• Strong knowledge of JQL and Jira workflows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Bonus: Atlassian certifications.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack integration.
• Knowledge of ScriptRunner and Jira Automation plugins.
• Experience using Jira’s REST APIs.
• Experience extending Atlassian products via code development.
