Overview

The Manager of Sales Development will lead the team most responsible for bringing the message of digital accessibility to progressive companies across the world. This individual will lead a group of highly motivated sales development professionals in an effort to source and engage high potential prospects while also developing processes to accelerate and fine-tune Level Access’s go-to-market efforts.

In Short

  • Help set the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Level Access Sales Development team
  • Lead an effective outbound prospecting strategy
  • Coach relentlessly and create a culture of coaching excellence
  • Work with Marketing team to refine lead handoff
  • Develop SDRs for their next role in the organization
  • Drive a high-performance culture within your SDR team
  • Utilize key performance metrics for coaching and performance management
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team’s performance
  • Lead headcount planning efforts
  • Create an exciting and fun sales culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years management experience in a sales environment
  • Strong understanding of SDR skill set
  • Passionate about coaching and developing people
  • Willing to lead from the front
  • Intellectual curiosity and process improvement skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
