Outbound Specialist - Swedish Speaking - Remote

Overview

An Outbound Specialist will engage with customers via phone calls addressing queries related to RG/AML/RFP/Complaints, striving to provide the best Customer Experience.

• Perform outbound phone calls with customers on RG/AML/RFP-related topics.
• Ensure high efficiency and quality in customer communication.
• Meet individual and team goals and KPIs.
• Suggest improvements for processes and procedures.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Swedish with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of an additional language (Danish, Dutch, or German) is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related operational areas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Zendesk is desirable; experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
