Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute marketing initiatives to grow Leona’s presence, engage new audiences, and strengthen our brand positioning in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-6+ years of experience in marketing at early stage startups, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset focused on KPIs.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
• Spanish language fluency required, English advanced level.
