In Short

  • Build and execute outbound sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop innovative strategies for customer acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Create onboarding processes for new users to enhance customer activation.
  • Conduct growth experiments using A/B testing and analytics.
  • Design campaigns to enhance user engagement based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with product team to gather user feedback for improvements.
  • Set metrics and KPIs for growth initiatives and track performance.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships for growth.
  • Work with marketing to craft brand messaging and content strategy.
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of a startup environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience, preferably in an early-stage startup.
  • 4+ years of sales/growth experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in crafting a sales playbook from scratch.
  • Ability to use metrics and data to assess sales performance.
  • Experience managing a team of sales or marketing professionals.
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English.
