• Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products.
• Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs.

Requirements

• Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish & English language fluency.
• Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines.
• Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process.
• Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Experience working closely with engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for building.
