Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of Software Engineering to join our team at LeoLabs, where you'll manage a cross-functional team responsible for customer-facing analytics and integrations.

In Short

• Lead a team of approximately 10 engineers in software engineering.
• Oversee customer-facing analytics and integrations with customer systems.
• Ensure API and UI SLAs are met.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Active US security clearance required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
• Ability to work on-call during critical escalations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data engineering platforms is a plus.
