Overview

A proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our pipeline with qualified leads and support our fast-paced growth.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Vet inbound leads to assess their hiring needs and readiness to engage.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team by managing and growing your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Reconnect with previously engaged leads to uncover new opportunities and requalify them.
  • Partner with AEs, Product, Marketing, and Matching teams for smooth lead handoff and client experience.
  • Help test and optimize outreach cadences, messaging, and sales workflows.
  • Keep HubSpot and Apollo data clean and updated.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or client-facing sales role.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ideally, experience in cold calling.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRMs.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in startups and tech.
  • Comfortable working across time zones.
