Overview

Leidos is seeking a Senior Network Management Engineer to support the Army’s global wide area network and security infrastructure, focusing on a complex network migration and operations.

In Short

• Join the AGUN migration team as a Senior Network Management Engineer.
• Support the US Army's global network and security infrastructure.
• Lead operations support staff and direct operational activities.
• Must maintain an active DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Analyze network monitoring techniques and tools.
• Support the transformation of network monitoring dashboards.
• Document designs and technical narratives using wiki technologies.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK).
• Working knowledge of Linux, especially Red Hat.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware.
• Knowledge of enterprise network management tools.
• Experience in system hardening of network infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts.
