In Short

  • Support and maintain applications for business needs.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle of applications.
  • Determine technical solutions for business issues.
  • Assist with configuration and implementation of technical requirements.
  • Analyze work processes and troubleshoot operational problems.
  • Create specifications and documentation as needed.
  • Execute test scenarios and plans.
  • Estimate resources for task completion.
  • Work in a team environment with a focus on detail.
  • Must be able to visit multiple business locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences or related fields.
  • 2 years of direct EHR system build experience.
  • 1 year of general application build and support experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and be self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of assigned applications and processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Epic PB/PB Claims Certification within 120 days.
  • Healthcare operations experience preferred.
