Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative workforce management solutions focused on time & attendance and scheduling globally. Your role will ensure our solutions meet the diverse and complex legal and compliance requirements for different countries, as well as align with the specific business needs of our customers in various industries.

• Conduct market research and gather insights on regional labor regulations, industry trends, and customer needs to shape product development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to align product initiatives with company goals and priorities.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements to meet customer needs while adhering to country-specific legal and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on workforce management compliance requirements for EMEA countries.
• Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that solutions are up-to-date with local legislation.
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to translate customer needs and compliance requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate product features and compliance updates.
• Lead product ideation and design sessions for new features and enhancements.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their workforce management challenges and gather feedback.
• Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction with global features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, building and launching complex cloud-based enterprise software.
• Experience building global enterprise solutions for a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with the agile development process.
