Requirements

  • Comfortable using tools like Dialpad, Slack, and Healthie.
  • A quick learner who adapts to new processes.
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple conversations.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience in a telehealth or call center environment preferred.
  • 2+ years in a patient-facing support role.
