Overview

The District Sales Manager for Southeast South Dakota is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to exceed sales goals while supporting dealers and promoting Legend Seeds products.

• Develop and execute a territory strategic sales plan.
• Help Dealers grow their business and promote products.
• Identify and recruit new dealers.
• Build brand awareness and support dealer marketing efforts.
• Manage and track a budget for the territory.
• Provide training and knowledge to customers and growers.

• Ensure proper inventory management and product distribution.
• Care for and maintain company assets.
• Work in a remote office environment with travel requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for agriculture and sales experience.
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills.
• Agronomy experience is preferred.
• Analytical thinking ability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
