• Lead the growing team overseeing litigation financing agreements.
• Develop and implement transaction deals.
• Oversee every LFA currently handled and negotiate.
• Multitask and handle many deals simultaneously.
• Evaluate dates, agreement options, and prepare strategic direction.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field desirable.
• J.D. from top 20 law schools.
• 5+ years experience in negotiation of a large volume of deals.
• 5+ years sales/transactional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
