Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in surveying, valuation, or mortgage services.
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, survey and valuation products, and RICS regulation; RICS qualified.
• Data curious and genuinely inquisitive about the future of surveying.
• Experience as a surveyor or in a lender risk team.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Effective communicator at all levels, with strong influencing skills.
• Experience managing budgets and leading high-performing teams.
• Commitment to delivering good customer outcomes and maintaining high standards of business ethics.
