The Surveying Operations Director will lead the strategic direction and operational activities of surveying, focusing on innovation and excellence in service delivery.

• Experience as a surveyor or in a lender risk team.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Effective communicator with strong influencing skills.
• Track record of delivering commercial activities.
